2. What Data We Collect

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address
• Product of interest (selected from our product list)
• Message (optional free-text field)

We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined by LGPD Art. 5, II or GDPR Art. 9), financial information, or tracking data via cookies or analytics tools.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is collected for the following purpose:

• Responding to commercial inquiries and scheduling product demonstrations — Legal basis: your explicit consent (LGPD Art. 7, I / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you check the consent box before submitting the form.

We will not use your data for any purpose other than what you consented to.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

To deliver your message to our team, we use Resend(a transactional email service provided by Resend, Inc., United States) as a data processor. Resend receives your name and email address solely to route your message to our inbox. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Resend is accepted by incorporation to the platform's terms of service.

We also use Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States) as our hosting provider to serve our website. Netlify may process basic technical parameters (such as your IP address) in transient server logs necessary for network security and service delivery.

Both processors operate under standard contractual clauses or similar privacy safeguards to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

5. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside Brazil and/or the European Economic Area (EEA) by our processors Resend and Netlify (United States). Such transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses and/or other appropriate safeguards as required by LGPD and GDPR.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for up to 12 months from your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Your Rights

Under LGPD (Art. 18) and GDPR (Arts. 15–21), you have the right to:

• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Restriction — request that we limit the processing of your data

This website does notuse cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. We store your language preference (EN, PT, ES) in your browser's localStorage — this is a technical preference that contains no personal data and is never transmitted to our servers.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Our contact form includes anti-spam measures (honeypot fields and submission time validation) and rate limiting to prevent abuse.
